We understand that when you purchase a products online, they may not be quite as you expected.

If you wish to return or exchange your order, please ensure its in the original, unused condition, including packaging and return within 14 days of Delivery.

Please note, we do not refund original shipping costs and you are responsible to cover the costs of shipping back to us. We recommend always using a tracked service as we are not responsible for lost postage items. We cover the cost of shipping within New Zealand for your exchanged to be sent to you. Customers outside of NZ must cover the cost of shipping the exchanged goods.

EXCHANGES - If your exchange is urgent, you may be best to place a new order for your desired product, and return your initial order for a refund. Exchanges can take up to 7 business days to process.

REFUNDS  -  Please allow 7 working days from receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.
